POLICY OF VOCAL ROADS

Policy #1

There is monthly flat rate regardless of the number of lessons in a month. (Please note that in some months you will have 5 lessons)

A valid credit card must be provided for automatic bill payments. Our system processes payments on the first 5 days of each month. Payments that cannot be processed will be subject to a processing fee of $10.

Policy #3

Our MAKE-UP policy for group lessons is “We will try our best!” Please understand that Teachers schedules are fully booked most of the times. We cannot guarantee a makeup lesson will be in the same month, with the same teacher, age group or on the same day. There are no make-up lessons for private classes, unless it’s cancelled by Vocal Roads. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not discredit our front desk by insisting.

Policy #4

Vocal Roads will ONLY be CLOSED on the following Holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year Eve and New Year Day. No MAKE UP LESSONS will be given for these days. No MAKE UP LESSONS if Vocal Roads is closed for hurricane threat or extreme weather conditions.

Policy #5

Requirements for stop debit MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 10 calendar days before the first day of the month in which the student will stop coming. If it’s not informed as stated before, the regular amount will be charged (NO exceptions). Vocal Roads has the right to modify prices notifying the students at least 30 days in advance.

Vocal Roads will have the right to terminate this agreement if a student presents inadequate behavior or any other situation that can involve a risk to the other students or staff.

Waiver, Release And Hold Harmless Agreement

In consideration of permission granted by Vocal Roads, allowing me to participate in the program I‘ve chosen (the “Activity”), I (together with my parent or guardian, if I am under the age of eighteen (18) or under a legal disability) represent, covenant and agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, and any other person claiming by, under or through me, as follows:

1. I acknowledge that participating in the Activity could involve certain risks (some of

which I may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, property damage or other harm could occur to me or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, including any associated travel or transportation, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of Vocal Roads Singing School, and/or its or their departments, directors, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers (“Released Parties“).

2. I waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims.

3. I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.

4. I hereby grant my permission to Vocal Roads to use my child’s or my own pictures or videos to be used in different actions of marketing including all social media.

5. Vocal Roads does not necessarily share the opinion of the songs interpreted and chosen by the students and I hereby release Vocal Roads from any responsibility arising therein.

6. I hereby give my permission to receive TXT messages, emails and other information related to Vocal Roads activities.

7. I have carefully read and reviewed this Waiver, Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. I understand it fully and I execute it voluntarily.
