Sleepaway Camp

What is sleepaway camp?

Sleep-Away camp gives us the chance to immerse our campers in our core values through all aspects of their day, from musical campfires, to baking, to team building games, to bedtime. We want to help you build what you care the most about your child. Every activity has been carefully thought and planned to make the camper feel a sense of belonging and leave with the skills to make this world a better place. Daily components of camp include songs, games, team building skills, pool time, scene performances, and hands-on projects that will fully engage your child’s imagination and help gain a sense of empowerment to change the world.

Want to be an Orange Soul Captain?

It is a young leaders’ program we have included into our Sleep Away Summer Camp. Being an O.S.C is the highest level of commitment in the Sleep Away experience. Being an O.S.C teaches leadership, empathy, confidence, communication skills and the ability to manage responsibility for themselves and others. We want to guide O.S.C’s to becoming the best version of themselves and use their unique fingerprint to help inspire others.

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)

Yes! By the end of the week the camper will feel they gained 20 sisters!

The reason we chose a house instead of cabins is because a house lets us feel more like a family. We want to encourage the girls that what we learn at camp can also be used at home and with their family. Rooms are assigned with girls in their same age range. We want everyone to grow and learn from each other which is why roommates are thoughtfully planned.

The camper needs to be taken to the site on Drop-off Sunday between 12:00 – 2:00pm. There is no Vocal Roads transportation available.
